I have been using this product for just over a month, the sleek design is very comfortable and the features on it are good with the alexa app.
However it is difficult at times to work with the alexa and JBL app, when pressing the button on the side of the headphones it can be temperamental, by this point it is easier to have just used your phone in the normal way.
I have used these in the gym and they are great, however I have also used them when running and they give a wind noise through them which then distorts the sound. The volume of these is not able to counteract this as it is quite low.
All in all, great for times where you are still and sat down, but not for activity.

I got these headphones as an upgrade and I was not disappointed. The are spectacular, the sound quality is amazing. The app works seamlessly to help you set a good sound that you like. For me this is bass, any bass lovers would love these headphones. JBL these headphones are amazing. I will definitely be stickling with JBL in the future.

I bought these headphones in May 2020. I was positively surprised by the quality of the sound and the noise cancelling technology. However, they felt very loose and not tight enough on my head and around the hears. I thought that that was probably for increased comfort but after a few months they are even looser and can easily slip off my head if for example I am tying my shoes, lying on the sofa or doing almost any sort of movement that we all usually do. It is a real shame as the actual technology is good for the price range but even the noise cancelling functionality is compromised as the headphones do not seal enough around the hears. I am not sure they will be usable once I’ll be using them while commuting.

Bass and sound quality are as good as my Beats, no joke, at a fraction of the cost. I got these headphones on sale for $85 and love them. Equipped with plenty of features and package arrived on time, also included an aux cord. I spent hours researching like some of you are doing and you need to don’t spend hundreds. Enjoy!!

Just got my headphones TODAY. Very stoked about it until I realized that these headphones would NOT shut off. I would turn it off and then seconds later it would power back on. I went online and followed hacks to resolve this issue (to permanently turn it off), it worked, but have to repeat the hack for EVERY device it paired to. That was quite annoying. It was a great deal but still not worth the issue right off the bat, especially one that was not supposed to happen in the first place.

I turned them off and they won’t turn back on, they won’t charge either. No matter how long I keep it on the charger it still doesn’t turn on, so that can’t be the problem either.

there are so many good/great headphones out there and thus is one. to start, we only paid $29 when Walmsrt cleared these out. for that price it was a steal. quality is darn good!
