    I got a sweat band before having kids because I live in the Pacific Northwest and I never sweat. I sweat SO much with it. After having 2 Csections, I needed to get a bigger size and extra help when doing core work. I use it for our daily walks, exercising and cleaning around the house. It’s great for holding your tummy in!

    I have use many waist trainers in the past but none like sweet sweat. It truly does work and you sweat twice as much as you normally would. I use my trainer with the sweet sweat cream and when I take it off it feels like I lost a lb of water. The material is really thick and it’s easy to put on. I am usually an XL but I had to get a L because the Xl was too big for me.
