Really impressed with this wall bracket, this is a digihome 50″ TV but lightweight. The simple design and inclusion of a spirit level made fitting this so easy. A little stiff to start but soon eased up so I can move it smoothlywitha great range of motion (depending on the size of your TV)

Die Halterung ist extrem robust und trägt problemlos meinen 60-Zoll-Fernseher. Dank der schwenkbaren und neigbaren Funktionen kann ich den Bildschirm perfekt anpassen, egal wo ich im Raum sitze. Besonders praktisch ist der große Verstellbereich – der Fernseher lässt sich bis zu 40 cm ausziehen oder nah an der Wand positionieren. Auch die Neigung nach oben und unten ermöglicht einen optimalen Blickwinkel.

Die Montage war einfach. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ist klar verständlich, und das Zubehör wie Schrauben, Dübel und sogar eine magnetische Wasserwaage machen die Installation zum Kinderspiel. Alles wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet, und die Halterung sitzt bombenfest an der Wand.

Für diesen Preis bekommt man wirklich ein Top-Produkt. Ich kann diese Wandhalterung jedem empfehlen, der seinen Fernseher sicher und flexibel montieren möchte. Sie ist ideal für Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer oder Büros und bietet ein großartiges Fernseherlebnis!

Where many wall brackets of this ilk have joints that sag and wobble, this double arm is rock solid. It’s reasonably stiff so might be an issue if you have an ultra thin edged TV, because you’re likely to have to put the screen under too much pressure when pulling out and pushing back in. That’s a problem with most heavy duty brackets though. A TV with a good solid chassis is no problem. This was used with a 55” LG OLED and is fine. The wall plate is nice and solid, roughly measuring 280 x 180 with eight slotted holes. So even if your wall is a bit hit and miss, you stand a good chance of getting a few really good fixings. Easy to fit, plenty of bolts with spacers and even comes with four large coach screws and plugs. I tend not to trust wall fixing that come free with brackets as they’re often not of the highest quality. I bought some stainless steel 70x8mm ones from Screwfix and filled all eight holes on the wall plate. I have been an AV installer for 25 years and have seen many brackets. I was impressed with this one. If you mount something like a 42” on this it’ll be able to turn past 45 degrees either way, but If you want to turn a big TV more than about 40 degrees left or right, you might consider something with longer arms. It was on special offer at £27 when I got it but it’s well built and is definitely worth more.

The quality of the product is hi, the provided fixings allow for different TVs and the spacers provided make things easier. They also prove a small spirit level which is a nice touch.
The flexibility of the position is good too.

First thing to note: this bracket and supplied anchors are designed for a solid wall only: NOT plasterboard/drywall.

However, I did successfully attach to a plasterboard wall using 100mm coach screws + washers on a single stud, and heavy-duty anchors (snaptoggles) in the plaster (double-thickness) for extra reinforcement. But do this at your own risk! If you do not have a suitably-positioned stud, you will have to fit a plywood bridge or metal straps as reinforcement to bridge the gap. For a dot-and-dab wall with single thickness plasterboard, it can be mounted using Corefix/Rigifix fixings.

Don’t even think about using this on plasterboard alone!

If you don’t know how to find and drill into a stud without splitting it — forget it, get a professional in or you risk ripping a big hole in your wall, and destroying your TV! This mount is fairly heavy and the range of motion puts significant cantilever stress on the wall fixings.

On a solid concrete or brick wall, I think anyone handy with a drill should be able to install this fairly easily. A hole template is provided, and decent instructions. There’s a teeny toy spirit level included too, but it’s too small to be much use — I’d use a proper one, but it might be OK in a pinch. There’s a good selection of spacers/screws/bolts for various TV-back configurations included too.

Once installed, it’s rock solid. Movement is smooth (although you may need to adjust the tension — can be done with allen key/wrench), and there is a good range of motion.

Contrary to what others have said in their reviews, you can adjust the rotation/’roll’ of the TV — these people clearly haven’t read the instructions or properly examined the mount!

The mount allows for in/out movement away from the wall, tilting up and down, swinging left and right, which can all be done easily by hand by simply pulling the TV around, and also rotation to level the TV (but this requires a tool to loosen and re-tighten four screws behind the TV).

One thing to note: once the bracket is on the wall, a large TV is rather awkward to place on the rail as you can’t see what you’re doing. The hooks are not particularly robust if you don’t get them all hooked on, and easy to bend. So I recommend one person to do the lifting, and another to guide the TV into position from the side. I managed to bend one of the hooks, but luckily didn’t do too much damage and could straighten it back with pliers. To be fair, the instructions do say this is a 2-person job!

There’s not much in the way of cable management, just a few included velcro straps, but behind a large TV, you don’t really need much as it’s all hidden anyway.

In all, pretty happy with this, it’s pretty sturdy and does the job.
