I really liked these – for the price they sounded good. But probably not even 2 months in and one day I took them off and left ear pad rolled right onto the floor. I wasn’t rough with them but did use them quite a bit. There’s nothing showing how it was attached (only thing I can think of is glue) but there are absolutely NO glue marks or anything on the actual headphone where the pad was. There’s nothing there to get it back on. Only thing I can think of is glue. I did register them on JBL’s website so maybe I can get a replacement from them. If not, I’ll try gluing it back on.

I just got this an hour ago and already my power button stopped working. I can’t turn them off.
Also I think I’m having an allergic reaction to the materials on the ear pieces because my ears are all red and itchy.
They are so comfortable and I wish they would have worked but they don’t. I love the pink color too.
Sad considering I bought jbl because they are reliable

I brought this for my holiday and used it in the airport. amazing experience. I just tune to mucis and made my experience way better. I even connected it to the airplane and it was fantastic. I would definitely buy this but sometimes the sound may sound a bit down.

The battery life is very long it could last me like 1 and a half weeks maybe even 2. The headphones is very light and portable because you can bend it inward . The sound is loud and clear.

Love the earphones but the material on the ear muffs rips off . I bought them over months ago and cannot use them . Want to return but i am out of the time for retirnimg

I decided to give your product a 5 star though I wasn’t completely satisfied with the product I bought, I mean the Bass isn’t quite giving me the hit, but in all sincerity, JBL is a giant, a brand to reckon with in terms of sounds. JBL is in a league of its own!

Great product except the ear pad fell off. It doesnt look like theres a way to put it back on. I bought these for my 18 year old son for Christmas. He’s had them 4 days! He’s not a young child that’s hard on stuff so it has to be the product.

These headphones are great! The áudio quality and bass are awesome. And they aren’t that expensive. Great bang for ur buck. Get them you wont regret it.

Throw out the instructions and enjoy the sound. They work and sound great to my ears.
There is just one button I found and that controls the pairing which I was able to accomplish with no problems and (on a vizio) the volume can be controlled by the tv’s remote. Of course there are volume controls on the earphones. Instructions are included for those with powerful microscopes. Since we all have are own unique sense of hearing results may vary.
