I’ve owned the GO1 and GO3 in the past and they are fantastic speakers. The GO3 had some issues with the buttons glued and would come off after sometime.
So I purchased the latest GO4 and on the first day itself i was disappointed with the lag i was facing to turn it on and off. You hit the power button, delays for 1-2 seconds and then powers on or off. The battery backup too was in my understanding less than the previous models

Nice little speaker sounds great and alot louder than i expected small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and its dust proof and water proof personaly i wouldn’t throw it in water and take any chances but its worth the buy better than i expexted press a button and it also changes the speaker sound the buy was better than i expected

The speakers sound great, but the auracast support is not fully implemented.
I was expecting them to be able to connect to auracast streams from other devices (controlled either via the app or the android bluetooth controls similar to the Samsung Buds 2 Pro)

The JBL Go 4 Ultra-Portable Bluetooth Speaker in blue, and it’s been fantastic! For such a compact size, the sound quality is surprisingly powerful. The bass is rich, and the audio clarity is impressive, even at higher volumes. It easily fits into my bag. The battery life is great. Pairing it with my phone is quick and seamless.

Much better than the go 3 speaker.

Walmart had delivered Cujun Seasoning bottle instead of these JBL speakers. Now I am struggling with them for refund. Very disappointed with walmart service. I went to local store and called them many times , issue is not resolved.

This buy was for a stocking stuffer Christmas gift. It was a recommended product by the New York Times’ Wirecutter household products review column. I bought it for a friend who travels and this product is especially travel ready and compact. He loves electronic goodies and this will surely float his boat.

Got this “smart speaker ” for my Grandson hoping he could ask it questions like “hey Google ” it doesn’t seem to listen=/ disappointed! It is a good speaker tho.
