    – The foam is solid.
    – the size works well in small spaces.
    – Affordable option.
    – I feel great after loosening my glutes and thighs after this!
    – Small enough to use against a door if you need less pressure or specific spots you can’t get on the floor.

    I loved this roller! My physical therapist had me using one, so I bought one for home. It lasted nine months before it developed a crack. I used it a few more times before it started losing foam pellets from inside. I don’t know if this happened because my fiance started using it and he weighs 275lbs and it was just too much for it. I am ordering another and we’ll see if it happens again.

    I’ve never spent so little money for such effective pain relief. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back which often gets inflamed and locks up. I roll on this for 10 minutes or so and 90% of the pain is gone, I can walk straight without leaning due to a locked up lower back. It’s amazing on my piriformis, like hurts so good. When I get up, I feel amazing.

    The quality is excellent. No issues even with a couple cats occasionally trying to sharpen their claws. I have a few trainer friends that introduced me to this roller and I’ve never had so much relief so so little money and time expenditure.
