I’ve been using the Amazon Basics AA Alkaline Batteries for the last few years, and they have consistently impressed me with their performance and value for money. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

I use these batteries for all of my remote controls and wireless keyboard and mouse. Battery life is excellent – perhaps not quite as long as the well known brands but they are a fraction of the price! No issues with batteries leaking or arriving dead which I’ve previously experienced with budget batteries. It’s a good size box – at the rate I go through batteries it will last me for years! I’d have not hesitation recommending Amazon batteries.

I bought this Amazon deal because of the deep discount. I needed 36 AA batteries for christmas led light deco. I’d recommend just for the price.
Imagine my shock when I got to Boxing Day and still haven’t had to change the batteries 🙃 that’s including the 12 AA I used outside. Lights have been on about 4 hours every evening since December 5th and Christmas Eve through to Boxing day. Weather has been cold with snow,rain and ice. Lights still bright and batteries same batteries powering them. Great product and value for money. Especially with the price discount.
I have a second set I bought and suspect I might not use this year. Listing claims batteries hold a charge for storage. Excellent buy. I’m impressed.

Needed a new battery for my Tado thermostat and didn’t want to shell out for the name brand. This one was way cheaper and works perfectly. So far, the battery life seems great, no complaints. Definitely recommend checking this out if you need a replacement.

I haven’t bought this kind of item and I was nervous. Well when the package arrived I was very happy the way they where pack. There where no tears or any kind of damage done to the package. They are a great value they were easy to remove, the size was perfect and the power was in my words super because they lasted a lot longer than I thought they would. I am using these batteries in one of three sets of Christmas string lights (all the same), the other two sets of lights have a well known (copper top) make of batteries in one and a stores own brand of batteries in the other. After 5 days of use @ 5 hours per day, the lights using these Amazon basics ones are already dull, whilst the well know brand and the stores own brand of batteries are as bright as when they were first installed.
Would I buy again? No.
